What file formats does Visual Advantage Studio accept?

We accept all major RAW formats (CR3, CR2, ARW, NEF, DNG, RW2, ORF) as well as JPEG, TIFF, and PNG. For HDR merging, bracket sets should be uploaded together so the system can group them correctly.

How does AI HDR bracket detection work?

Our system automatically detects bracket sets using EXIF timestamp data and exposure values. Sets are grouped and processed together. If a file is standalone, it's processed as a single exposure edit.

Can I mix different AI editing services on one job?

Yes. A single job can include any combination of services. You might have 10 images going through HDR merge, 3 going through virtual twilight, and all 13 going through image optimization — all in the same job upload.

How fast is AI real estate photo editing turnaround?

Most jobs complete in under 10–30 minutes from submission. Turnaround is measured from when you submit your job. During high-volume periods, times may extend slightly — your dashboard always shows current status.

Is there a subscription or minimum order requirement?

No subscription and no minimum order. You pay per image, per service. Order a single photo or a thousand — pricing is the same.

Are my real estate photos and client data secure?

All files are stored on Cloudflare R2 with encrypted-at-rest storage and secure presigned URLs for access. We do not share or use your photography for AI training.

Can my clients access the final edited images directly?

Yes. You can generate a shareable download link for your client directly from the job portal. They get access to their files without needing a Studio account.
