Common questions about Virtual Staging
Can I choose the furniture style for each room?
Yes. At upload you select the design style (Modern, Contemporary, Luxury, Traditional, or Scandinavian) and room type for each image.
How photorealistic is AI virtual staging?
Our results are photorealistic with accurate lighting, shadow interactions, and scale relative to the room. We do not use cutout furniture overlays — all furniture is rendered with the room's actual lighting conditions.
Can I stage a room that already has some furniture?
For best results, rooms should be clear of existing furniture. If furniture is present, our system will attempt to work around it, but a fully empty room produces the most natural result.
Is virtual staging MLS compliant?
Disclosure requirements vary by MLS and state. Most markets require disclosure that images are virtually staged. We recommend adding a text overlay or disclosure in your MLS description. We can add a 'Virtually Staged' watermark on request.
What room types are supported?
Currently: Living Room, Bedroom, Dining Room, and Home Office. Additional room types are in development.
